Limited edition prints have a fixed number of each size that will ever be printed. Each print is hand-numbered by the artist in the bottom-left corner, indicating the number of that print and the total number in the edition. For example, the first print in an edition of 50 would be labeled "1/50" and the last would be "50/50." Danika's limited edition prints come with a certificate indicating the number, title, and size of each print.
Open edition prints may be reproduced an unlimited number of times. They are still signed by the artist.
All prints come with a 1/4" to 1/2" white border. This is standard practice for archival prints for several reasons:
+ The border allows a place for the artist's signature and limited edition numbering if applicable
+ The border can make it easier to mat and frame the print
+ Space around the image protects the image from damage. The most likely cause of damage to prints is dings or tears in the edges. When there is a border around the image, these small damages are unlikely to affect the actual image.

Commissions
While I am not currently taking on commissions, I do occasionally open my availability for custom paintings. Join the wait list below to be notified when I have availability in my schedule.
Once a spot opens up, I'll reach out and we'll get started! You'll send over any photo references that inspire you, along with the size you have in mind and any color scheme you're drawn to.
To secure your spot, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the start.
From there, I'll create a rough sketch and color mockup for you to review. You're welcome to request up to two rounds of revisions at this stage.
Once you give the final go-ahead, I get to work on your final painting.
Typically, the whole process takes 6-8 weeks, but a more accurate timeline will be discussed once we get started.
I do my best to keep shipping costs to a minimum while keeping your painting as safe as possible.
Below are typical scenarios based on sizes. An exact quote will be provided before we
Paintings 30x40 and smaller can ship anywhere in the continental United States via UPS or FedEx. I
do my best to keep the shipping and packaging under $200 for these sizes.
For larger paintings, I will ship your painting on un-stretched canvas rolled in a tube for roughly $75-$100.
It will need to be put on stretcher bars once it arrives. I can send it directly to you or to a framer in
your area. If you need assistance finding a framer to stretch it I am happy to help. Stretching a
painting typically costs between $200-$400 depending on your location and the size of the painting.
I will hand-deliver commissions at no-cost for clients within a 60 mile radius of Austin, Texas.
Exact pricing depends on a number of factors, but to give you a ballpark estimate, commissions typically cost 20-30% more than paintings of similar sizes I currently have for sale.
The minimum size and cost for commissions is 24"x30" and $2400.
